Wickhambrook Womens Institute Reports
March & April 2006
It's that time of year again to look out all your items for the Annual W. I. Jumble Sale to be held in our hall on Saturday 18th March 2006 at 2pm. We will have stalls for Clothes, White Elephant, Books and Toys as well as Home Baking for sale and a Raffle. Come and support this event on the day and partake of refreshments while you browse through the stalls.
After the excellent success of last year's quiz we are pleased to say we will be giving everyone's knowledge a second workout with another fun quiz on Saturday 1st April 2006 from 7.30pm. £3 per person, in teams of 4 to include a Ploughman's Supper. Please bring your own drinks. To be sure of a table register early with Val Orange on 01440 820161 or valerie@orange11.fsnet.co.uk. Last date to register is Tuesday 28th March 2006.

W.I. Quiz
Saturday 31st March
7 for 7.30pm in the WI Hall. Our famous annual Quiz. £7 per person in teams of four (includes Ploughman's Supper). Please book with Val Orange, 820161 or Dorothy Anderson, 820376. A deposit of £10 will be required on booking.

Meetings
New Members are VERY WELCOME
Meetings vary but are usually held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm.
Committee meetings are on the first Tuesday and are held in committee members' homes or in the hall.
The Committee, which is elected each November, is responsible for arranging meetings, outings and social events which are planned to be as varied and enjoyable as possible.

One meeting a year is run by members.
