Ingredients
3ozs plain flour
3ozs margarine
3ozs strong cheese (grated)
Method
Mix the flour, margarine and cheese together until combined and chill
in the fridge for approx 30 minutes. Generously flour the board and
rolling pin before use (as this mixture is sticky). Roll mixture out
thinly and cut out rounds with a pastry cutter. Coat with beaten egg,
and place on well greased baking tray(s) or baking parchment on tray(s).
Cook in medium oven 350F/180C or gas mark 4 for approx 15 mins. Adjust
timing if using a fan oven. |
