Well Persons Clinic (by appointment)
The practice nurses provide general health checks, available to all. We encourage new patients and those who have not had a check in the past three years to have one. We also offer a health check for all patients aged over 75, and a home visit to assess their needs for medical services.

For annual checks on diabetic patients run by practice nurses and doctors.
Respiratory Illness Care
(by appointment)
For six-monthly checks on patients with asthma, run by practice nurses and doctors.
Coronary Heart Disease Care (by appointment)
For annual checks on patients with heart disease, run by the practice nurses.
Antenatal Care
Antenatal care is provided by the midwifery team based at Haverhill Health Centre. You should inform the surgery of your pregnancy so that you can be 'booked in' with the midwife. The midwifery team will then contact you with details of your appointments.
Mother and Baby Clinic
1st and 3rd Wednesday
The Health Visitor runs these clinics at 2.30pm. No appointment necessary.
