At the March meeting, Becky, from’ Escape’ Beauty Salon in Haverhill, gave membres tips on skincare. President Dorothy Anderson, was the guinea-pig for a make-over and duly sparkled for the rest of the evening.

Alan Sarsby came along in April to give us hints on getting more from our cameras. Many of the ladies had brought cameras with them and practised taking photos under Alan’s direction. He also briught along some fine examples from his portfolio and explained how he took the marvellous shots. This was an inspiring evening which provoked a lot of laughter and discussion.

In May we are having a Summer Food Recipe Tasting evening on Tuesday 8th May followed by a discussion of this year’s Resolutions and on June 12th a visit to Lackford lakes.

The Walking Group meets every Wednesday at 10am and we have had some lovely outings in beautiful Spring weather. Non-members(and well-behaved dogs, children/grandchildren) are very welcome to join our walks)
