It's that time of year again
to look out all your items for the Annual W. I. Jumble Sale to be
held in our hall on Saturday 18th March 2006 at 2pm. We will have
stalls for Clothes, White Elephant, Books and Toys as well as Home
Baking for sale and a Raffle. Come and support this event on the
day and partake of refreshments while you browse through the stalls.
After the excellent success of last year's quiz we are pleased to
say we will be giving everyone's knowledge a second workout with
another fun quiz on Saturday 1st April 2006 from 7.30pm. £3
per person, in teams of 4 to include a Ploughman's Supper. Please
bring your own drinks. To be sure of a table register early with
Val Orange on 01440 820161 or valerie@orange11.fsnet.co.uk. Last
date to register is Tuesday 28th March 2006.
There is always a very
warm welcome for any ladies wishing to come and see what we are like
with a view to joining us, feel free to come and visit.
