We have excellent facilities and activities available for the children
in Wickhambrook. The Parish
Council maintains the children's play area on the recreation
ground, where a selection of swings, slides, climbing frames and roundabouts
can be found. A new facility has just been built known as The
Teen Project which will provide a Skate, BMX and Sport
Park.
 There
are support groups within the village from having a baby and the excellent
service provided by The
Surgery, to joining the Mothers
and Toddlers group which is a friendly and informal place
for you to go to meet other mothers and for your children to play
with others.
Childcare
facilities are available.
Wickhambrook Primary School now offers a Pre-School facility
and of course there is their full time education to consider. Some
of the work done by the school children is shown on the Kids
Zone.
There is plenty for them to do in the village by joining the Wic-Kids
Youth Club.
